  • Public Events Coordinator

    As Public Events Coordinator, you will work with the Public Programmes Team to organise and coordinate public events at MOTAT. Responsibilities include the research and procurement of necessary services for each event, and overseeing and coordinating the event site while events are ‘live’. Ideal applicants will have event coordination and planning skills, demonstrated project management skills, and will know how to work to fixed timelines. Working hours for this part time role are Wednesday and Sunday (full days) and Tuesday and Thursday (half days), with potential for the role to become full time in mid-2018.

  • Communications Intern

    As a Communications Intern on a six-month placement with MOTAT while you are studying, you will support the Communications Advisor in building the profile of the Museum through proactive public relations and the implementation of key communication strategies. Please note that this role is only applicable to a current University student studying Communications / Media / Public Relations in Auckland.
