Robotics@MOTAT is a fun, hands-on learning experience designed to guide Kiwi kids through the exciting world of robotics. This weekly after-school club provides an opportunity for students to learn about programming and controlling robots.

It’s an opportunity for students to learn about sensors and robotic control, using the MindKits Brainboard v2. They could get to build a roving tank, a heart rate monitor, or learn how to integrate Bluetooth wireless communications or start an automation project of their own. Volunteers from the programming industry provide lots of one-on-one support to help kids through the challenges of programming and contrl technology

It’s free to attend, and runs once a week after school. No previous computer coding experience is required.
