When Can I See the Beam Engine Running?
The Beam Engine usually runs between 3pm and 5pm every Thursday.
However, because of volunteer availability or potential mechanical
issues due to its age, the Beam Engine may not always run like
clockwork.
Please check with MOTAT staff or call us on 0800 MOTATNZ (668 286)
to confirm upcoming operating times.

MOTAT Meola Road Entrance is Open!
MOTAT is pleased to announce that renovations to the MOTAT Meola
Road entrance and the adjacent car park are complete and is now
officially open to visitors!
However, this means that the Motions Road entrance is now
closed to vehicles from 4th August onwards.
