What is communication? How have developments in communication changed our lives? Students are challenged to consider how these developments have changed the way we live our fast-paced lives today.
Hands-on
Students will explore a range of historic artefacts including telephones, Morse Code, Braille, Semaphore flags typewriters, cameras and audio equipment discovering how developments in communication technology have occurred over time.
Plus
The Adult-led Group Trail explores communication technology in the past; from the camera and film, telegraph and telephones to the signal box and traffic light.
