Audit and Risk Committee Charter

Collection Policy

The MOTAT Collection Policy provides the framework for our responsibilities and activities in the areas of collection development and collection management.  Our policy has been developed in line with the Museums Aotearoa Code of Ethics and Professional Practice (2013) and the International Council Of Museums Code of Ethics (2013).

Fraud and Corruption Prevention Policy

MOTAT has a zero tolerance to fraud. Accordingly the Fraud and Corruption Prevention Policy sets out the different mechanisms MOTAT has in place in respect of internal controls, detection and responding to allegations of fraud and corrupt behaviour. The policy also sets out the various roles and responsibilities associated with ensuring the effectiveness of this policy.
